Your file never leaves this device. It is cropped right here in your browser.

Drag the box or its handles. With the box selected, arrow keys move it and Shift plus arrows resize it.
Output
Some carriers, including Royal Mail, ask you not to resize labels because scanners may not read a shrunk barcode. If your carrier offers a 4x6 or 6x4 label setting, use that instead.
Preview. Your PDF keeps the original sharp vector label.
When you print, set the paper size to 4 x 6 in and the scale to 100% (Actual size). Do not use Fit to page.
Three steps to a label that fits
- 1Drop your labelAdd the PDF or image you downloaded. Several files, or a PDF with several pages, work too.
- 2Check the cropThe label is found for you. Drag the box if it needs a nudge, then pick the paper size.
- 3Download or printGet a PDF with one label per page and print it at 100%. The barcode stays sharp.
Why your label is on a full A4 or Letter page
Many marketplaces and carriers give you a label as a PDF laid out for a full A4 or Letter sheet. The label itself is only a part of that page, often one corner, with instructions or a receipt around it.
A thermal printer feeds a small roll, so a full page prints the label tiny, cut off or sideways. Cropping the page down to the label, at the size of your roll, fixes that without touching the label itself.
Supported output sizes

- 100 x 150 mm100 x 150 mmMetric thermal label

- 4 x 4 in101.6 x 101.6 mmSquare thermal label
- A5148 x 210 mmHalf of an A4 sheet
- A4210 x 297 mmFull sheet
The label prints at 100% when it fits. It is never enlarged unless you ask for Fit to page, and it is never stretched.
Your label stays on your device
Your label is read and cropped inside this page, on your device. It is not uploaded, stored or sent anywhere, and nothing about its contents is tracked.
Labels carry names and addresses, so that matters. Close the tab and the file is gone.
Label cropping and printing
How do I print an eBay label on a 4x6 thermal printer?
First check the label options when you buy the label. eBay in the US lets you choose a label print format, including 4 x 6 in, on the purchase page before you buy. If you only have a full page PDF, drop it into this tool, choose 4 x 6 in, download the result and print it at 100% scale on 4 x 6 paper.
How do I print a Vinted label on a 4x6 label?
Download the label PDF from your Vinted order, drop it here and choose 4 x 6 in or 100 x 150 mm. Many sellers report that Vinted labels arrive on an A4 page with the label in one part of it, and that the layout differs by carrier, so check the crop box before you download.
Does it work with Royal Mail and Evri labels?
Yes, it works with any label saved as a PDF, PNG or JPG. Royal Mail Click & Drop can produce a 6x4 label itself under Settings, Label format, and Evri offers both A4 and 4x6 thermal labels in its account settings. Use those when you can. This tool is for the labels that only come as a full page.
Is it safe to resize a shipping label?
Be careful. Royal Mail says that resizing labels from Click & Drop may make them incompatible with its barcode scanners, and Etsy says a distorted print may not scan. That is why this tool prints at 100% whenever the label fits, never enlarges, and never stretches. If a label is bigger than your paper it has to shrink, the tool tells you by how much, and offers a larger paper size that keeps it at 100%. If your carrier offers a native 4x6 or 6x4 label, use that instead.
Is my label uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is read and cropped in your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, and nothing about the file is tracked. The only thing downloaded is the code that does the cropping, and it loads when you add your first file.
Why is the barcode blurry in other label tools?
Many tools turn the page into a picture first and crop the picture, so the barcode is rebuilt from pixels and can come out soft. This tool keeps the original PDF page and only changes the visible area, so lines and barcodes stay sharp at any printer resolution. Only image files (PNG or JPG) are cropped as pixels.
Can I crop several labels at once?
Yes. Add several files, or a PDF with many pages, and every label found goes into one PDF with one label per page. If a page holds two or more labels, each one is found and listed. Untick any you do not want, or add a box by hand.
What printer settings should I use?
Set the paper size in the print dialog to the size you chose here, for example 4 x 6 in or 100 x 150 mm. Set the scale to 100% or Actual size, and turn off Fit to page and Shrink to fit. Use no margins if your driver offers it, and print in portrait. If the print looks light, raise the darkness setting on the printer rather than changing the file.
